#153 Support credentials for Maven distribution downloads
Before CLI Assured 0.2.3, Maven distribution downloads did not use credentials configured through system properties or environment variables. Since CLI Assured 0.2.3, downloads support HTTP Basic authentication using the following settings:

Each system property takes precedence over its corresponding environment variable, with fallback resolved independently for each credential.
Authentication is used only when both resolved credentials are nonempty.
The credentials apply to both the Maven ZIP distribution and its .zip.sha512 checksum,
including explicit MavenSpec.distributionUrl(String) URLs and URLs read by Maven.fromMvnw().
